Northern Montana Hospital Rehabilitation Aide in Havre, Montana
Rehabilitation Aide Responsible for supporting therapists with patient care within scope of practice and assist in maintaining an efficient work environment. Complete clerical tasks to assist rehab office with scheduling, monthly audits and managing day to day nonclinical tasks. Takes into consideration patient and visitor needs based on gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Ability to learn from others, use individual initiative to learn by studying and practicing proven methods.
2) Ability to hold in confidence all personal, hospital, and professional matters.
3) Ability to deal tactfully and empathetically with patients.
4) Attain a basic knowledge of the theories, technique and practices of general Rehab Therapy.
5) Adequate initiative and judgment involved in the use of equipment and handling and scheduling of patients.
6) Ability to schedule patients with minimal conflicts.
7) Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
8) Ability to use computer keyboard and word processing software.
9) High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Salary commensurate with up to 10 years experience.
