What You’ll Be Doing:

The Business Systems Analyst will meet and speak to business, understand their needs, create mockups for possible solutions, and create requirements documents. They will also follow up with business throughout the development cycle should questions arise or requirements change. They will shepherd and manage projects to delivery.

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

• Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical peers

• Proficient at creating mockups and writing requirements documents

• Proficient with a mockup tool - Axure, Balsamiq, or MS Project (min 1 year)

• Experience as Business Systems Analyst (min 2 years)

• Bachelor’s degree

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

• Healthcare Experience

• Proficient in SQL or LINQ

• Can read and understand ERDs

Technical requirements:

Compensation Range: The typical range of employees within the compensation grade of this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
