About the Role

The Director, Product Management (Customer Acquisition Marketing Services) will be a key member of our Marketing Solutions Product Management team with responsibility for leading the discovery, strategy and touchpoint planning for retail customer demand generation marketing programs, leveraging knowledge and experience of successful subscription marketing strategies and techniques. The focus of this role will be defining and overseeing the implementation of pre-defined platforms and/or capabilities that satisfy specific customer acquisition use cases for retail clients. This is an Individual Contributor role with no direct reports.

Effectively represents Marketing Solutions products and capabilities, along with broader Concentrix capabilities through client-facing business and marketing consultation as well as internal collab.

Collaborates with teams across Concentrix such as development, program management, sales, other solutions colleagues, etc. to deliver connected services to clients and to develop and maintain connected vehicle product offering.

Develops and maintains the business case (marketplace understanding, customer needs and related demand, product strategy, pricing and investment strategies, etc.) for assigned product area.

Participates in establishing and actively engages in following SOPs related to product development, defining client-specific solutions and pitching current and future clients.

Develops communication material that clearly defines the product offering, articulates the value and key differentiators and tailors these communications to the different internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Owns product management functions such as marketplace discovery, competitive analysis, product definition, business case development, financial management, and subject matter expertise for retail customer acquisition marketing.

Assists with defining how technology is implemented within the context of the Concentrix pre-built platforms and accelerators while maintaining and understanding of current and planned capabilities to ensure accuracy of all efforts.

Experience /Competencies/Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field (Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar) from a four-year college or university and ten + years of related experience preferred.

Senior marketing role in retail category, with AUTOMOTIVE experience preferred.

Experience leveraging modern marketing and advertising technologies to orchestrate communications

Ability to adapt written and verbal communication skills to different styles and environments (persuasive, diplomatic, influential, technical) of clients

Able to discern appropriate level of detail of communications including the best method for delivery (video, voice, email, in-person)

Advanced problem-solving using an analytics approach; evaluate, investigate and apply best practices and offer innovative solutions

Will leverage a combination of commercially available marketing and advertising technologies as well as lead the definition of proprietary solutions.

Assists with defining how technology is implemented within the context of the Concentrix pre-built platforms and accelerators

As the product owner, individual maintains an understanding of current and planned capabilities in order to keep the roadmap for use up-to-date.

The go-to person internally to answer questions of platform capability. If unable to answer, will be able to efficiently obtain or direct person to resource to get the answers sought.

Maintains a current understanding of competitive landscape and trends that impact the needs of clients, relative to product offering of today and tomorrow.

Defines and maintains the business case for investment of resources (time, investment budget, promotion, etc.) to develop and maintain product offerings.

Develops partnership with key technology partners that enable the product offering.

Proactive sales support internally and with clients for products and solutions.

Demonstrate the ability to maintain high performance and quality levels in an environment of constant change and pressure

Demonstrate the ability to champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and structure analysis for complex business issues

Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact.

Ability to read, write and comprehend complex documents, such as journals, position papers, proposals, contracts, technical/functional specifications, etc.

Ability to make effective, persuasive speeches or presentations on complex topics. This includes the ability to sell, negotiate and close deals with customers.

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
