Labcorp eCOA Tester in Helana, Montana

Job Overview:

e COA Tester

(Home-based in US or Canada)

  • Leads end-to-end electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessments (eCOA) User Acceptance Testing projects as assigned and serve as a validation team member on multiple assignments as designated by the management with support from other team members as needed.

  • Responsible for developing, executing and coordinating the eCOA UAT.

  • Responsible for the quality review of eCOA Testing deliverables.

  • Develop UAT documentation consisting of test cases, scenario-based summaries and all other required documents.

  • Execute Quality Control related activities.

  • Main contact with sponsor and all team members for UAT planning, execution, and error resolution.

  • Address and resolve eCOA UAT findings with vendor and core teams.

  • Assist eCOA UAT Test Lead in updating and management of eCOA UAT defect tracker.

  • Work within published study/system project timelines and attend meetings as necessary.

  • Review Scope of work for the assigned project.

Education/Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, business or related discipline.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Experience:

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in eCOA testing. Additional experience in quality assurance, business analysis, clinical research or data management is desirable.

  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time management skills and maintain the highest standards of quality work

  • A neat, methodical and thorough approach to the work with an emphasis on attention to detail.

  • Good concentration skills are required to meet the consistently high standards expected.

  • Self-motivation with the ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Flexibility – being able to move from one computer system to another with ease and adapt to new technology and a constantly changing work environment.
