As the Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, you will:
Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Perform technical configurations and enhancements to optimize Oracle HCM system performance
Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support and maintenance
Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials
Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance technical solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
Clearance Required: None
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user working in a Human Resources department
Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll
Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud certification
Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting tools
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Prior experience either in a consulting role or working in a public sector environment
Knowledge of global HCM processes and compliance requirements
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
