Responsibilities

  • Assists project managers in the coordination and completion of projects.

  • Provides administrative and technical support

  • Communicates any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and recommends solutions.

  • Monitors and evaluates project activity and report on progress to project managers and leadership

  • Prepares and supports written status reports for clients.

  • Conducts policy and other research.

  • Gathers and analyzes data.

  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis.

  • Assists in drafting written reports.

  • Prepares a wide range of materials required for client presentations and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office products

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently while also integrating well within a team environment.

  • Self-starter who can quickly learn web-based technologies

Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Experience - 3+ years relevant work
