Job Summary

Drives the creation and consistent approach for preparing BV’s Solutions & Capabilities offerings to be leveraged in new business pursuits. Markets the full BV portfolio of solutions to clients, contributing to broader marketing campaigns that create demand and result in leads in our sales funnel, ultimately bringing profitable growth to the organization.

  • Lead and manage the creation of value propositions and messaging as part of the overall enterprise marketing strategy.

  • Directs resources across Solutions sets to efficiently and effectively manage workflow.

  • Set the direction for Qualifications/Experience materials as part of Solutions packaging.

  • Direct engagement with Enterprise Marketing leadership team.

  • Collaboration across all parts of the Enterprise Marketing organization.

  • Key relationships (outside of Marketing) including Strategic Growth-Strategy and Solutions & Innovation; as well as the Solutions & Capabilities Leads within each of the BV operating Sectors.

  • Regional collaboration that helps ensure understanding of Solutions applicable to different geographic and cultural markets to reach clients in those regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop enterprisemarketing strategy​

  • Ensure Solution marketingcontent aligns with EnterpriseMarketing / BV overarching messaging​

  • Engage in the creation of Solution specific valuepropositions​ for each Solution set

  • Support Client Marketing with the design, build andproject management formarketing campaigns forSolutions offerings​, including packaging of Solutions to enable Marketing of BVs full portfolio.

  • Plan, schedule, manage andpromote content for Solutionsthrough social media channelsin alignment with Client Marketingand External Affairs​

  • Plan, manage, and developthought leadership content forSolution campaigns​, working the S&C leaders from across the organization to enable content development.

  • Support and contribute to leadgeneration specific to theSolutions in conjunction withDemand Generation​​

  • Ensure that work with respective Solutions & Capabilities leaders takes place to extract insights and develop and packageall content including continual updates to Q/Ematerials

  • Engages with Market Insights and Strategic Growth/Strategy function to stay aware of new Solutions and the Marketing resources needed to support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction, engineering and/or infrastructure clients and the use of targeted marketing to generate demand for BV solutions.

  • Experience leading a diverse team or department for a global organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative approaches to marketing of a full suite of offerings.

  • Strong track record of marketing strategy development, particularly in a services industry where a Solutions portfolio is offered to clients.

  • Proven ability to demonstrate geographic and cultural awareness and understanding of a portfolio of solutions.

  • Understanding of the use of an integrated marketing approach that increases demand and helps build the sales funnel.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 10+ years progressive management experience in related areas. Industry experience.
