Responsibilities

PCG is currently seeking a Talent Management Program Manager specializing in new hire onboarding to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. The Human Capital Management team delivers enterprise-wide talent management programs which focus on onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, growth and development, talent analytics, and more. For the right, motivated individual, there is an excellent opportunity for career development on a highly visible and entrepreneurial team.

The Program Manager will report to the Director of Talent Management and be responsible for implementing and managing programs, processes, and technology systems that work together and contribute to positive talent experiences. They will continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to deliver organizational solutions that improve employee experiences and promote productivity, efficiency, and peak performance. They will have the skills to execute and deliver programs and results at the highest quality.

Goals

  • By the end of their first 90 days, the selected candidate will be the primary program manager for our established new hire onboarding program, including end-to-end administration, content management, facilitation, and execution.

  • By the end of their first 180 days, the selected candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of new strategic onboarding modules and curriculum; they will be a key contributor to a variety of talent management programs.

  • By the end of their first year, the selected candidate will make a profound impact on establishing company culture, initiating engagement, and enhancing the overall experience of PCG’s new hires through the onboarding program; they will use their skills and expertise to broaden the capabilities of the talent management team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage extraordinary talent management programs.

  • Lead the design and ongoing development of our new hire onboarding program.

  • Use innovative, consultative, and relentless approach to make continuous process and program improvements.

  • Develop and maintain learning content and resources that support the onboarding program objectives.

  • Deliver and facilitate onboarding program courses.

  • Develop and coordinate onboarding program communications.

  • Coordinate event, facilitator, and participant scheduling of onboarding activities and requirements.

  • Coordinate setup of onboarding training assignments, curriculums, and other functions in Microsoft Teams webinars and our enterprise Learning Management System.

  • Prepare, interpret, and present data analytics and reports out of core talent management systems.

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support the execution of the global talent management and onboarding strategy for the organization.

  • Liaison with business partners on all aspects of program management and delivery ensuring alignment, adoption, and proficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Excellent facilitation, oral presentation, and written communication skills.

  • Mastery of virtual meeting management and engagement tools, especially MS Teams Webinars.

  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset.

  • Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity.

  • Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by our businesses and management.

  • Ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level.

  • Ability to interact with various levels of management including executives and directors.

  • Ability to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results.

  • Ability to set, track, and monitor quantitative goals and practice data driven decision making.

  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office products, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of related experience in an Organizational Development, Training, Onboarding, or Learning and Development role.

Knowledge of educational learning theories, eLearning technologies, tools, and instructional design techniques.
