Description of Role:

The ideal candidate for the newly created position of Enterprise CX Analyst - Implementation Specialist - Adobe Analytics embodies GM's behaviors and is motivated by the desire to partner with the Enterprise CX Website Experience Teams to design and engineer world-class Web Experiences. The position is responsible for helping translate CX Web Experience blueprints (e.g. customer outcomes, actions and emotions) into detailed website tagging plans (e.g. tagging key information/indicators). This Enterprise CX Analyst exhibits strong knowledge in the digital analytics space. The ideal candidate can interpret data architecture needs, effectively communicate data insights and report across disparate systems and tools to drive business decisions. He or she is an entrepreneur, fast learner and always thinks customer first. A progressive track record with a proven ability to lead change, collaborate and influence across all functions, effectively prioritize and thrive in an ambiguo us / fast-paced environment is a must.

Other Job Responsibilities:
Inform strategic solutions to solve CX gaps and customer pain points across various functions with data
Develop CX measurement funnels, perform testing, identify success measurement
Demonstrate a grasp of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital CX initiatives, in support of larger business objectives
Audit current analytics implementations and provide recommendations for improvements
Set-up CX dashboard to report on CX KPI's, both at the exec level as well as for key functions
Maintain effectiveness in rapidly changing environments with varying technologies, people responsibilities and/or market

Required Qualifications
BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and/or consulting
3+ years of technology experience in a digital analytics organization with hands-on experience leading, developing, and architecting digital analytics tagging and reporting is preferred
Adobe Analytics Implementation - Implementation of Adobe Analytics through Adobe DTM or Adobe Launch
Deployed Adobe Analytics through Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager or Adobe Launch
Knowledge in Adobe solutions and understand DMPs, personalization, and CDPs
Proficiency knowledge of both Adobe Launch and Omniture
Expertise with Web Analytics Tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Decibel, or Salesforce is required
Experience planning/managing complex technical analytics and tag management projects to deliver results within project deadlines
Knowledge of code prototypes in HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Proven performance management skills: setting clear goals and objectives, measuring performance, and providing guidance and direction to improve performance
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable information
Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communication style, frequency and approach for multiple audiences, including working teams, colleagues and senior executives
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
Lead data architect initiatives by evolving and managing reference documentation which outlines analytics variables, rules, and use cases across web properties and applications
Experience in Tagging: Develop Tagging Plans, Implementation of Tags, and Testing
Experience setting up Reporting Suites and Configuration
Experience creating Data Layers in Adobe Launch

Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree / M.B.A.
Demonstrated knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile Development, Customer Journey Mapping, VOC programs, Affinity Diagrams, metrics and data and analytics tools
Has focused in one or more of the following areas: digital analytics, optimization, statistical modeling, consumer insights, and/or marketing analytics
Understanding of content lifecycle, A/B testing, web marketing metrics, and personalization


The median level of salary compensation for this role is $109,283.
