As an Account Executive within the Service Prime team, you would be responsible for selling the world's #1 platform application for Service, which is the fastest growing application solution at Salesforce. You will focus on selling the Service Cloud product portfolio in partnership with your extended sales team members in the world's greatest team selling environment. As an Account Executive, you will formulate and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across a small set of high tech strategic accounts. You will work with existing Salesforce customers, as well as new buyers, in these existing accounts to grow Service Cloud market share and spend.
You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted adviser to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.
Develop a point of view & strategy for the accounts/business that you manage
Personally create new leads and relationships with customers across accounts
Effectively motivate and engage extended team members to drive high quality customer experiences
Lead the strategy and drive activities to completion for sales engagements
Create high quality presentations, proposals and written content
Bring operational excellence to everything you do
10+ years of experience with selling technology solutions
Prospecting within Enterprise segment
Consultative and solution selling experience
Outstanding quota attainment history and track record
Planning and Closing Skills
Objection Handling Skills
Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
Background selling Customer Service or Call Center solutions
