Carroll College Administrative Assistant in Helena, Montana
Description: Carroll College invites applications for an Administrative Assistant for our developing Physician Assistant program. The position will assist in the preparation of the PA program for accreditation and welcoming its first class in August 2026. This position is responsible for providing administrative support and assists with meeting administrative needs and the planning and facilitation of program events and activities. Also supports program admissions and recruitment, supporting accepted students as they navigate college processes and systems, and assisting with the promotion of department of physician assistant programs and initiatives.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years administrative support experience. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
