Carroll College Admissions Visit Coordinator in Helena, Montana

Description: Carroll College Montana is seeking an Admissions Visit Coordinator to assist with its admissions events and enrollment efforts. This position will be responsible for planning and executing campus visit programs for prospective students and their families by serving as the first point of contact for visitors before, during, and after personalized individual visits, open house programs and other similar admission-related events to ensure a positive and hospitable visit to Carroll. Responsibilities also include building personalized visit agendas that fulfill visitors’ needs, planning and implementing the details of admission events, coordinating communication to all parties involved, troubleshooting and resolving visit scheduling problems, and providing customer service to visiting families. This position also assists with supervision of the Student Ambassador team and will provide administrative support to the Director of Admission and Associate Vice President of Enrollment.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree plus 2 years’ relevant office support or customer service experience. Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint are also required. The ideal prospect must be able to work well within a team environment but also be able to work independently for extended periods of time.
