Indian Education for All refers to MCA 20-1-501, enacted in 1999, to ensure that all school districts and all students in Montana learn about Montana tribes in an authentic, culturally responsive manner. A key element of the law is the collaboration with Montana tribes. Collaboration will also occur with the Montana Advisory Council on Indian Education (MACIE).
