Citizens Bank Analysis and Reporting Manager(Remote) in Helena, Montana

Description

This manager role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to lead a team of colleagues and to shape the way we use data to develop an industry leading customer experience.

In this role you will be responsible for the oversight of reporting and analytics across Consumer Deposits and Loan Servicing (CDLS) which performs a diverse group of processes in support of our customers and colleagues and includes various business groups. As leader of the team, you will partner with these groups to build a culture that leverages insightful analytics and reporting to continuously improve efficiency and the overall customer experience for their functions.

It will be essential for the leader of this group to be able to develop an understanding of the type of reporting and analytics that will be meaningful to colleagues at various levels of the organization. To do that, you will need to be willing to “dig deep” into the details to understand the data and use the tools needed to appropriately capture and assess it.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both tactical and strategic roles. Ways that this leader will make a difference include:

  • Managing a team responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the optimization of our customer experience.

  • Providing leadership and hands on day-to-day solutions, guiding the team on how to prepare tracking and analysis along with the implementation of solutions.

  • Developing reports and dashboards that capture meaningful metrics and can be used to identify opportunities and support decisions.

  • Using data to bring the best insights to our team and play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience.

  • Assisting in the development of automated reporting and identifying efficiencies in the reporting process.

  • Inspiring confidence, creating executive presentations and guiding strategic discussions with senior management.

  • Driving the development of various measurements that capture performance.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of results and analytic methods through testing and validation of underlying report data.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in a lead capacity on a data, analytics and / or reporting team.

  • Knowledge of banking products and operations preferred– operating models, performance metrics and quality/risk management.

  • Experience and understanding of data analysis and automation tools required (Tableau, Access, SQL etc.)

  • Fluency with MS Office required (Outlook, Excel)

  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, ensuring alignment across Strategic Planning and business outcomes.

  • Superior reporting skills and experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in architecting, designing and reporting on various applications.

  • Enterprise-scale expertise in data management best practices such as data integration, data security, data warehousing, data analytics, and data quality.

  • Demonstrated experience translating analytics findings into business insights and influencing business stakeholders to drive action and optimize business performance.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives.

    Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

    Hours & Work Schedule

    Hours per Week: 40 Hours

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM

    This position is not available in Colorado.
