As an ArcGIS Enterprise and SQL Database Administrator, you will have the chance to work on a broad range of consulting projects with a focus on supporting our global client base. Working with other members of our team, you’ll help deliver large, complex technical projects while applying GIS technology. Required Qualifications
B.S. or M.S./M.A. in Geography, Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, or directly related discipline with 10-15 years of experience.
Be willing to travel up to 10%
Required Skills/Experiences
Have significant demonstrated experience in supporting the Esri Enterprise suite of software, including:
Desktop : ArcPro, ArcMap, ArcCatalog.
Web : Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Web App Builder.
Peripheral Apps : Field Maps, Survey123.
GPS Hardware : Eos, Trimble
Strong data management skills including experience supporting a community of users who are creating, maintaining, and converting data in multi-user editing environment
Experience configuring and enabling webhooks to facilitate and automate data updates to services, databases and datastores
Experience working with SQL triggers, stored procedures, and jobs to kick off events based on changes to data in the database
ArcGIS Enterprise database optimization and administration experience
ArcGIS Enterprise/SQL Server security, password change and stored procedures administration
Responsible for managing ArcGIS Enterprise/SQL Server access, users and roles
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving ArcGIS Enterprise Database performance issues
Responsible for optimizing existing ArcGIS Enterprise databases for performance
Responsible for ArcGIS Enterprise database/SQL Server database maintenance
Experience supporting versioned workflows for traditional and branch versioning workflows
Experience with Windows Server administration 2016 or above
Responsible for database reporting metrics
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Database design for federal, state, or provincial regulatory compliance
