Stoneridge Software and Levridge Inc. are looking for highly motivated individuals, passionate about solving business problems and streamlining operational efficiency with technology, specifically for the agriculture industry. Through the Stoneridge Software Academy program, you will take your passion for Agribusiness to the next level by becoming a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant. This will be a fast-paced program which will provide all the tools and training that you will need to eventually assist our agriculture clients in full-cycle implementations.
An ideal candidate will leverage their existing professional experience in one or multiple of the following areas to become a successful Consultant in similarly aligned Dynamics 365 solutions in the Agriculture, Manufacturing, Accounting, and/or Finance space. No prior Dynamics or consulting experience required!
During your learning journey, you will:
Participate in learning events, both in-person and virtual, spanning topics including Consulting, Working at Stoneridge, Business Analysis, and Dynamics 365 Application Training
This will include specialization in Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
Collaborate with your Associate Consulting Academy peers to practice Stoneridge methodology and complete learning modules
Connect with your mentor – a Senior or Principal Functional Consultant you’ll be partnered with as you start and continue your career as an Associate Consultant
Visit our agriculture clients on site to gain an in-person view of a day in the life of a Consultant
Participate in capstone presentation and graduation celebration with fellow team members, mentors, and trainers during the ninth week of training
The role of an Associate Consultant:
Display resilience and our client-centric value while assisting clients in the implementation and support of their Dynamics solutions
Work with clients to understand and gather their business requirements and conduct gap analysis
Prototype and configure processes in Dynamics solutions in alignment with the client needs
Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
Assist in data migration and testing
Partner with other consultants to become more engaged with projects based on their size and scope
Support testing the configured application during Unit Testing & User Acceptance Testing
Accomplish a Microsoft Business Applications Certification within the first year of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related industry fields or equivalent work experience
2+ years of professional experience in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Accounting, and/or Finance
Exemplify curiosity to further understand client needs and create solutions
Passion for learning teamed with good time management
Ability to effectively manage complex tasks against a deadline in team settings
Proficient in Microsoft O365 Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Basic understanding of ERP systems
Strong Communicator, able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).
Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time. Travel will be expected within the first 9 weeks of employment with timely notice.
