GOALS:

  • Work with the Business System Owner (BSO), GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to define system adoption needs for Structured Content Management (SCM).

  • Partner closely with the Clinical Trial Excellence team to create an adoption strategy for the system, including change management, communication, system-specific processes, and training.

  • Serve as the “face of the system” to the business as the primary point-of-contact for system resources, support, and enablement needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Define system adoption requirements for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities.

  • Partner with the Clinical Trial Excellence team to define and execute on a system adoption strategy, including change management, communications, system-specific processes, and training.

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise (SME) on the system to serve as a business-side point person for system questions and to inform content development for system-level processes and training.

  • Lead education and awareness presentations for Structured Content Management (SCM) to functional stakeholders, including roadshows, capability updates, and general awareness sessions.

  • Lead the optimization of existing system-specific training content and support resources.

  • Solicit, distill, and act on end-user feedback on the system, including user research/listening sessions, user surveys.

  • In partnership with the product team, ensure end-users are supported through an effective user support system, which may include supporting the triage of support items to the appropriate points of contact and assisting in the response to users.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent required, advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in a strategic change management, system adoption, strategic transformation, or strategic consulting role.

  • 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, with experience in clinical trial management/operations preferred.

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and with vendors to achieve business results.

  • Experience with communication and presentation to cross-functional audiences at multiple levels of an organization.

For Location:

Massachusetts - Virtual

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$149,100.00 - $234,300.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
