LABORER WANTED WITH FISHING PERKSLearn how to build boats. Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented laborer that is interested in a boat building position. No experience is necessary, we will train on the job.Boats are available for personal use on a scheduled basis. Apparel and boat accessory discounts available. Paid day off for company fishing trip per year.Work hours M-F 8-4 with paid 1/2 hour lunch. Starting pay at $18 per hour. Additional performance raises based on work ethic and reliability. Lots of room at the company for employee growth. Six (6) paid holidays per year. Vacation accrual after 1 year at 5 days per year. Retirement employee contribution available after 6 months; employer match after a year.
