Oracle Business Analyst - Pricing - Oracle Health (REMOTE) in Helena, Montana

  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop workable pricing proposals for the release of new solutions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from across organizations to gather proposal feedback and complete reviews

  • Manage pricing release timeline and criteria

  • Support preparation of enablement assets for participating teams

  • Document and update processes, best practice deliverables

  • Define, scope, and complete initiatives to better the release process and pricing/packaging life cycle


  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including +2 years of cross-functional business analyst or operations specialization

  • Strong data and financial analysis skills

  • Ability to develop actionable, data-driven recommendations and translate them into clear insights for executive decision-making

  • Strong executive communication skills

  • Ability to navigate highly matrixed organization and build rapport with internal business partners

  • Solid organizational, planning and tracking skills

  • Ability to produce high-quality internal deliverables for executive audiences

  • Creativity and independent judgment in identifying and recommending process improvement

  • Resourceful and thoughtful use of company assets (data, tools)

  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and function in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required

  • Internal Oracle cloud pricing process and subject expertise preferred

Travel Component: Minimal. Approx. 10% travel within the United States and Europe may be required to successfully fill this role.

Position Location:

Role is based in North America and requires close coordination with virtual teams. Occasional off-hours engagement will be required to ensure the success of our global team.

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.
