State of Montana Business Analyst in Helena, Montana
DNRC has an Exciting Opportunity: Business Analyst Hi there! We’re on the hunt for a savvy Business Analyst. If you’ve got experience under your belt and are great at bridging IT and business, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do: * Connect IT & Business: Gather business requirements and translate them into specs and action plans. * Improve Workflows: Create process maps to find inefficiencies and propose improvements. * Lead Change: Work with leadership to prioritize improvements, track progress and help ensure changes are effective * Oversee Vendors: Manage vendors to support business needs. * Analyze and Implement:Look at systems from all angles, document them, and help roll out new solutions. Who You Are: * You’ve successfully improved processes before—show us your track record! * Your communication skills are top-notch; you can connect with anyone. * You’re comfortable with change, wearing many different hats, and doing whatever it takes to drive continuous improvement. * You’ve got a bachelor’s degree in business or project management. Business Analysis Professional certification a bonus! * Four years of experience working as a business analyst or related work, of which at least one year is in the IT industry. * Don’t quite meet these requirements, but you’re sure you can crush it in this role?
