Job Description
We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist . This position will be full-time and remote.
What You'll Do
Conduct in-depth analysis across HR COEs, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Performance, and Succession
Utilize Workday to build, extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and deliver compelling data storytelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions
Design and implement analytical approaches to solve complex business problems and improve HR processes
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and performance indicators.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in people analytics, with a strong focus on Workday
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) and data management languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical audiences
Experience with Workday reporting, dashboarding, discovery boards, and Prism
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
