Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$91,400.00 - $150,900.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This role supports BCO and Product Organization leadership, growing knowledge of Product Architecture tools and methodology, and supporting the establishment of an ongoing Product Architecture Practice for Travelers Business Insurance. Under general supervision, this role is also responsible for leading engagements with low to moderate complexity and partners with First Party business products and functional leadership to contribute business architecture rigor, insight, and analysis, to teams defining, assessing, and planning to bridge strategy to execution, with a concentration in the Product Architecture Space.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contributes to clarification of goals and strategy.

  • Helps identify internal implications of strategic choices

  • Conducts business capability discovery and analysis (limited scope/complexity).

  • Conducts capability assessments (moderate scope/complexity).

  • Provides insight and analysis into business and operating model design.

  • Monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution planning.

  • Supports ongoing improvement of the design over time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of demonstrated business experience, with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments.

  • General knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 4 or more years of demonstrated business experience with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement and/or business architecture.
