The Business Systems Analysis Lead performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Business Systems Analysis Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Business Systems Analysis Lead formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
The Business Systems Analysis Lead will:
Maintain a knowledge framework within HR - this includes developing processes and protocols for storing information, making it accessible, controlling access and capturing new knowledge
Content Creation and Management - Oversee the production of high-quality content across various formats like blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
Validates articles and monitors for accuracy on a consistent schedule, working with the business to ensure the most up to date information is available to the associates
Editorial Calendar - Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent content publishing across platforms.
Content Writing and Editing - Write, edit, and proofread content to maintain brand voice, accuracy, and quality standards.
Analytics and Reporting - Monitor content performance using analytics tools to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to content strategy.
Brand Consistency - Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
Train System and AI Tools to find the best results in the Knowledge base (this is a current ask from the IT Strider team to assist in developing the Humana AI solution)
Problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Working with System Admin Team on prioritization for the business
Own taxonomy pages
User experience/usability studies/surveys
Demonstrates the ability to make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
Exercises considerable liberty in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Leader to two P2 roles that will help support their work but continue focusing on testing and technical support

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of business systems experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Visio
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Demonstrated experience aligned to content creation and user experience
Demonstrated experience in both strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to present effectively, influencing Senior Leaders and various level of Leadership
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Six Sigma certification
Experience producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Experience in problem analysis and process
Experience with ServiceNow
Previous experience with conducting Usability studies/surveys

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
