We offer a positive work environment, mentorship, continuing education, competitive pay and bonuses $$$!Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require care due to age, illness, or disability. As a Caring Caregiver/PCA/CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support.Responsibilities:Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Assist with mobility and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans under the guidance of a healthcare professional.Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare personnel.Prepare and serve nutritious meals and ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.Offer companionship, engage in conversation, and provide emotional support to clients.Accompany clients to medical appointments or outings, as required.Document care provided, including changes in the client's condition, medications administered, and other important information.Respect and promote the client's dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.Requirements:MUST live within 25 miles of Helena, MTHigh school diploma or equivalent.Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification for PCAs.Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Strong commitment to providing compassionate care and support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Physical stamina and the ability to assist with lifting and transferring clients.Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the changing needs of clients.Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.Benefits:Competitive compensation.Flexible work schedules.Training and opportunities for professional development.Supportive work environment and a strong sense of community.Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and their families.Visiting Angels proudly serves Veterans, Disabled and Seniors, to provide them the best quality of life possible.
