What you can expect
Build carrier relationships, support service integration, manage telecom rates and onboarding, oversee procurement activities, and handle documentation, escalations, and troubleshooting with Carrier Operations Engineers.
About the Team
Our team manages global telecom partnerships and ensures seamless telecom connectivity for Zoom’s operations. We work cross-functionally to support product launches, streamline procurement activities, oversee carrier onboarding, and maintain telecom expense tracking, helping Zoom operate efficiently and scale effectively.
Responsibilities
Building and maintain excellent relationships with global telecom carriers, including both commercial and technical account teams.
Supporting internal teams (e.g., product management, DevOps, network operations) in procuring and implementing telecom services for product launches and ensuring service continuity.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage telecom rate matrices, operational reporting, and technology expense management.
Assisting procurement activities in carrier onboarding, including NDA, MSA, and MOU processing, and integrate new carriers into the corporate financial system.
Tracking and managing procurement activities and provisioning of telecom services with Carrier Provisioners, and support cost analytics for financial closing.
Documenting carrier processes, manage escalation procedures, and work with Carrier Operations Engineers to support troubleshooting and telecom issue resolution.
What we’re looking for
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in telecom service delivery management with an excellent grasp of global telecom concepts, circuit procurement activities, and delivery.
Have proven experience in carrier relations and supplier management, building effective commercial and technical partnerships
Be a self-starter with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently and in teams, understanding customer needs.
Have advanced Excel skills and practical experience with one scripting or coding language.
Experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier) to create scalable
solutions.
Have familiarity with GSuite, Visio, and Jira is nice to have.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$98 900,00
Maximum:
$228 700,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
