Rubrik Channel Marketing Manager in Helena, Montana
Rubrik’s marketing team is growing! We are looking for a talented Channel Marketing Manager who is passionate about building and scaling strategic marketing initiatives with our strategic channel partners in North America who have a cloud business with partners such as AWS, Google and Microsoft. This role is critical in driving Rubrik’s growth in our cloud portfolio. We are looking for an experienced marketer who has successfully built and activated integrated campaigns with national and/or regional channel partners as well as cloud partners, can own end to demand generation programs, and is maniacally focused on pipeline.
The ideal candidate has channel marketing experience with some of the largest cloud providers, excels at setting strategic direction and goals, and program execution. The right person will have a partner-first go-to-market mindset, the ability to engage with executives confidently, and strong program management skills to drive initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Key to success is an ability to hit the ground running, working with teams across the company to plan, prepare, and scale marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and deepen partner relationships.
Location - This is a remote role; however, candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area will be required to follow a hybrid schedule, coming into our Palo Alto HQ on a regular cadence
What you’ll do:
Be a critical member of the channel go-to-market team in shaping the marketing strategy to grow our cloud business with four identified channel partners: Arctiq, GDT, Technologent, and Alchemy.
Build and execute co-marketing programs, campaigns, and sales plays with emerging cloud partners to market to their cloud customer base.
Identify, cross collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders at emerging partners, as well as internal cross-functional teams, to unlock joint marketing opportunities.
Work closely with alliance marketing to understand cloud focused events in a box to execute in the field with channel partners
Assist in creating and defining messaging strategies in partnership with product marketing and alliances marketing and activate them across various demand generation programs.
Set, track, and report progress on KPIs and ROI metrics. Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with partner leadership to assess success, identify gaps, and ensure ongoing alignment.
Manage budgets and partner MDF to maximize impact and optimize spend.
Experience you’ll need:
7+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably working with channel and/or cloud partners
Experience in the cyber security industry
Self-motivated, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and processes.
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcomes-based plans, programs and execution.
Broad experience across various marketing disciplines, such as, campaigns, events, brand, content.
Top notch project management skills. You know how to keep the trains running on time, while maintaining good relationships
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including follow-up and measurement
Excellent writing, presentation, copywriting and communication skills
Solid working knowledge of the B2B marketing technology landscape (Marketo, SFDC, etc.)

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range
$138,200—$207,300 USD
