The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) oversees and directs all aspects of clinical care provided to patients, clients, and residents for the facilities in the Healthcare Facility Division. The CNO provides leadership to the nursing and clinical teams as well as establishing policy and practice guidelines based on the population served. The CNO supports the facility administrators and nurse leaders to manage the facilities quality of care, finances, to implement treatment plans, integrate new medical technologies, provide staffing guidelines, and to create overall policy development. This position also interacts with all other parts of the organization including the medical staff; rehabilitation therapy; social work; psychology; dietary; housekeeping; maintenance; fiscal; personnel; quality improvement; training and development and health information. The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for ensuring the provision of clinical care services meets all regulatory guidelines including State and Federal standards for care. /This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana.
