Job: Custodial Technician(s)

Location: Helena, MT

Job Type: Full-time. Hiring is based on completed and approved state and federal background check

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8am to 2pm

** This position is a prevailing wage contract, $14.64 an hour (fringe benefits based on the individual)

**Due to pandemic hours may fluctuate within reason.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, dust, polish, vacuum hallways, stairs, office spaces and restrooms.

  • Restock restrooms items.

  • Empty trash containers.

  • Clean entryway windows & doors.

  • Ensure buildings are secure upon completion of services.

  • Follow and complete the checklist for various accounts.

  • Attendance – ability to be consistently at work and on time.

Certificates, Licenses Registration:

Valid Driver’s License. Must have reliable transportation. State and federal background check required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel & crouch on a regular basis. Occasionally, will be required to climb (ladders/window washing), regularly lift and move 10 to 100 pounds (trash/equipment).

Compensation:

Prevailing wage based on a contractual agreement
