State of Montana Compliance Specialist 2 in Helena, Montana

[montana-logo-4.png (121×121)] The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Department of Health and Human Services within the Human & Community Services Division. * * The Management Evaluation (ME) Specialist position reviews Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) case files to ensure correct application of policy through a systematic process of monitoring and assessing program operations. Qualifications for this Career Opportunity * * * Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations regarding SNAP, TANF, and Healthcare coverage programs. * Knowledge of effective customer service methods and techniques, excellent oral and written communications skills. * Attention to details, time management, and multitasking skills, ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize workload. * Ability to recognize and analyze information and evaluate results to solve complex issues. * Meet minimum qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, or related field. o Two years of experience with eligibility policies and procedures including experience with SNAP, TANF and health coverage. o Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered. * * How to Apply To be considered for a DPHHS position, submit the following required documents with your application on the State of Montana Careers website.
