Meta Connectivity Product Strategist in Helena, Montana


Meta Connectivity's mission is to accelerate the evolution of connectivity to help bring the metaverse to life. Meta Connectivity is seeking an individual who is passionate about building metaverse-ready networks. This role will support our connectivity analytics products which are used by our industry partners (e.g. MNOs, ISPs and OEMs) to design and operate their networks, understand network performance, and identify commercial opportunities. This position will be responsible for developing strategy with the Product, Engineering and Partnerships teams and ensuring successful execution for multiple initiatives, ranging from new product or feature launches to new partnership opportunities. At the go-to-market phase, this person is responsible for developing a business case and articulating the value proposition while also leading the cross-functional go-to-market process which includes planning, prioritization and goals. On the outbound front, this person is responsible for collaborating with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to drive operator engagement, including outbound collateral, participation in key industry events, and other marketing activities. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product success factors and develop playbooks and processes for driving growth and partner adoption at scale.

Required Skills:

Connectivity Product Strategist Responsibilities:

  1. Lead market assessment based on quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and market view.

  2. Identify and evaluate opportunities based on a deep understanding of Meta Connectivity initiatives and a strategic view of the industry and its business models.

  3. In collaboration with product managers, synthesize insights to develop product strategy.

  4. Lead cross-functional planning and execution to support and scale globally.

  5. Develop go-to-market strategy (market prioritization, pipeline, goals), articulate and validate partner value proposition and establish quantitative business case (i.e. ROI/TCO/NPV), and create positioning collateral (i.e. pitch, case studies, etc.).

  6. Develop product and partner growth playbook in partnership with product, data science and other teams (i.e. growth levers and tactics, prioritization metrics).

  7. Support partnership teams globally as a subject matter expert to enable partner success and best practices adoption.

  8. Manage pilots (i.e. define scope, roll-out strategy, recruit partners and support evaluation of results).

  9. Partner with marketing and other cross-functional teams to scale adoption through channel partners and drive key outbound marketing activities (e.g. participation in key industry events).

  10. Ability to travel internationally, up to 25% of the time, with the flexibility to work across time zones and influence remote teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience with launch, go-to-market, and/or marketing of business-to-business products or services.

  2. Leadership and communication skills with experience influencing internal and external leadership including C-level executives.

  3. BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline.

  4. 6+ years of increasingly complex business experience with 3+ years working in a product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function.

  5. Experience collaborating and leading cross-functionally by building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment.

  2. International business experience with products or services in multiple countries.

  3. Highly organized, resourceful and action-oriented individual with experience driving focus, clarity and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Understanding of the telecom sector, including key players, history, current pain points, current direction, future challenges and opportunities.

  5. MBA.
