Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Number:Date Taken:Close Date:Wage: DOEHours: Full TimeEAST HELENA, MT 59635Job DescriptionSummary:To procure and manage construction projects in a fiscally responsible manner to ensure thefinancial health of Mockel Precast and it’s employees.Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities of Project Manager: Establish and maintain a team of skilled employees to complete the “field” work in asafe, productive, and professional manner. Creating a comprehensive work plan that specifies project scope, objectives and financialcriteria for evaluation by the project team. Identifying, sequencing, assigning, monitoring and tracking individual activities, tasks andproject performance as required. Scheduling work flow as needed for project completion, meeting deadlines and needs ofcustomers. Identifying and efficiently allocating resources necessary for project completion, includingman hours, facilities, equipment, funds, etc. Establishing and staying within the parameters of project budget, approving allexpenditures and ensuring that financial data are accurately recorded and reported in atimely manner. Recruiting, assigning and training personnel to fill roles as needed on project team. Handling project execution from estimating and pre-planning progress throughimplementation and evaluation, making revisions as needed along the way. Reviewing work progress, including quality and quantity with team members at regularintervals. Communicating schedule for the purpose of providing regular status updates tomanagement and other team members. Communicate daily with project superintendent/foreman in regards to schedule,procurement, ect.BenefitsRetirement plan and health insurance is offeredReferral InstructionsTo apply please send resumes to Rob Leland at rob@mockelprecast.comEmployer NameMOCKEL PRECAST & EXCAVATING CO
