Xylem Contract Pricing Administrator (Remote) in Helena, Montana

THE ROLE : The Contract Pricing Administrator will be responsible for managing customer pricing databases for the Americas region by reading customer contracts, interpreting how increases should be applied, and proactively working with the sales and customer service teams to execute on current year pricing. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Evaluate final executed agreements and document pricing conclusions

  • Develop and maintain pricing databases

  • Gathering data from external sources and use to calculate future pricing based on contract language

  • Provide support to partners for pricing requests, including preparation of escalation estimates

  • Partner with sales and customer service to ensure communication of annual price increases and ensure timely delivery of customer invoices

  • Prepare and communicate reports to relevant business partners

  • Continuously improve pricing processes and procedures by identifying areas to streamline, automate or refine

  • Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

  • Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functionalities

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Position requires high attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional attitude and demeanor working with the internal team.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

  • Travel: Less than 10%
