This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.


High School Diploma or GED. 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment. Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions. Data entry and/or typing experience. Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Medical records remote retrieval experience Experience with Microsoft suite Detail oriented


1 years customer service experience. 6 months data entry experience in an office environment. Experience working with healthcare providers Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
