KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Possess and push for deep customer empathy and curiosity, continually seeking to understand users/patients to uncover various insights.
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.
