The Position
We’re looking to add a Director of Construction, Public Sector & Enterprise Sales to join Teletrac Navman! This role will lead Teletrac Navman’s efforts in the US market by driving product adoption and sales in Construction, Agriculture, and Public Sector verticals. They will oversee a team of Strategic and Senior Account Executives, working to maximize performance, uncover new opportunities, and align product strategies with regional needs. This role will also interface with Product Managers to ensure offerings meet specific market demands.
Responsibilities and Duties
Strategic Sales Planning
Develop and execute the US sales strategy in collaboration with the VP of Sales; monitor and adjust strategies as needed.
Forecasting and Market Analysis
Conduct vertical-specific sales forecasting and evaluate North American market requirements.
Market Expansion
Identify new opportunities, segments, and product requirements to enhance Teletrac Navman’s footprint.
Competitor Awareness
Maintain expertise on competitor product functionality and regional presence.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and hold accountability for a team of Strategic and Senior Account Executives.
Customer Service Demand
Ensure systems and resources align with increased customer demand as market share grows.
Sales Management
Oversee all stages of the sales funnel for strategic prospects, from prospecting to closing deals.
Conduct regular reviews of customer service demand levels to ensure that resources and systems are appropriate and in place to meet increased demand due to growth in market share.
Qualifications

Required Skills / Qualifications:
5-7 years in business/public sector sales and strategic sales management.
Preferred background in the SaaS industry, particularly GPS/Telematics services.
Strong understanding of the US market landscape.
Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
Strategic planning and execution expertise.
Ability to work efficiently with phone/computer systems.
50% domestic travel as required
