Mountaire Farms Director Talent Acquisition in Helena, Montana

Lead, develop and provide direction and support to the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and measure effectiveness of hiring strategies across the organization to successfully meet deadlines and Talent Acquisition goals. Manage Talent Acquisition lifecycle and create effective, scalable, and measurable strategies. Collaborate with leadership and the business to establish and refine a talent pipeline strategy. Execute planning and forecasting activities to support current and future talent needs.

Duties/Activities Required by Job

  • People Management - Provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition / Be the driver of Team Development and Process Improvement / Lead the development and management of the requisition lifecycle and candidate experience from candidate submission to hiring/onboarding and beyond.

  • Customer Partnership – Partner with key stakeholders to implement successful talent acquisition partnerships. Plan and deliver weekly, monthly and/or quarterly client partnership updates at the Director level and above. Offer new and innovative talent acquisition initiatives from grass roots activities to targeted sourcing.

  • Metrics - Data Gathering & Analysis - reporting and metrics tracking / Data analysis & strategy and recommendations / Plan and execute TA Projects & Plans for both short and long-term Business needs

  • Oversee and Execute planned Recruitment Activities - Participate/Coordinate professional career events, including college campus recruiting / Includes the Management of College Programming & Recruitment

  • Manage organizations recruiting budget, including analysis, and new potential platforms - includes multi-media, Social, digital, and print

Educations/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred

  • 8-10 years experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably with manufacturing experienceand a minimum of 5 years experience managing Talent Acquisition Teams and operations

  • Recruiter Certification, SHRM Certification. Proficiency with Talent Acquisition technology, platforms, assessments & social media tools. Taleo, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Linkedin, etc.
