As an Enterprise Solution Sales Executive at SitusAMC, you will focus on strategic sales with large financial Institutions throughout the Western region of the US. You’ll identify and articulate how our suite of technology solutions can unlock significant value for our customers.

Residential Technologies including but not limited to the following:

  • Document Custody- emBTRUST

  • Warehouse Lending -ProMERIT and WLS

  • Compliance Automation- ComplianceAnalyzer

  • Conduit Management- RateLock

  • Reverse Mortgage Pricing Engine - SureLock

  • Document Classification & Data Extraction- Acuity

What you will do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Residential Technology Product suite, the mortgage market, and our customers’ needs

  • Bring creative solution design and compelling ROI to each opportunity uncovered.

  • Execute on all aspects of the sales experience while building and managing relationships with key senior level decision-makers in originations, capital markets and servicing verticals at the top tier financial institutions

  • Manage and run complex sales deals and guide customers through every aspect of the procurement process (including regulatory, information security and compliance) from initial contact to close

  • Prospect for new clients, build and deliver product presentations, develop sales presentations and proposals

  • Work closely with the Residential Technology Suite sales leader to develop and manage a robust pipeline

  • Collaborate with the Product Management and Client Success teams to develop and execute comprehensive account plan(s) to over-achieve against aggressive annual revenue / new sales targets

  • Lead the effort to position the Residential Technology Suit as a true strategic compliance partner, building long-term partnerships and negotiating multi-year contracts which provide market-differentiating value for our largest Financial Services clients

What you bring to the role:

  • Five Plus years’ experience selling into large enterprise in the mortgage and financial services markets

  • Experience selling technology, and specifically SaaS technology is a big plus

  • Consistent quota achievement

  • Solid track record of negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements in a consultative style sales process

  • Possess deep experience managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing

  • Strong relationships and the ability to develop and nurture additional strategic relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams through deal processes

  • Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leader

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to C-level executives

  • Prior experience with Salesforce a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 40% under normal conditions

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus ++This is position is available in all US Remote locations as detailed in SitusAMC's Telecommuting policy. This position is not available in the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, HI, MA, WY.
