Job Description Summary
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise and technical knowledge in the discipline of technology implementation consulting. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve technology products, or to improve processes or services through applicable technology. Provides senior-level technology solutions and integration services through consulting project activities to external clients. Works with clients to identify technology solutions to meet their business needs, understand system configuration requirements and software specifications. Delivers consulting services to include project management for implementation, data migration, testing, and client training. Provides input to product teams for areas of product enhancements. Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve technology products, or to improve processes or services through applicable technology. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. Leads functional teams or projects in solving complex technical problems with moderate resource requirements and risk.
Job Profile Summary
As the Environmental & Compliance Subject Matter Expert, you will be a key member of our global functional Expert services team.
You will have a client‑facing role focused on delivering industry consulting services to our customers and collaborate with various teams to support implementation projects of our environmental and compliance solutions in compliance with the industry best practices and processes.
The Team is also dedicated to design, develop, and maintain Enablon Best Practice Templates which are developed with the goal of more efficient and effective client implementation of Enablon Software.
You will also act as a resource to Sales, Pre-sales & Solution Architects during sales pursuits and Proof-of-Concept efforts. In this capacity, they will provide expertise on the Enablon solution to determine feasibility and fit for a customers’ or prospective customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in estimation of effort for new projects or change requests and provide responses to RFP.
Work closely with the Business analyst and implementation consultants to define exact domain requirements
Conduct gap analysis and/or study business processes of a customer.
Create and document stories and requirements that describe the functional (features) and non-functional scope (performance, security, and other expectations) of a customer project.
Act as a point of reference for the Implementation team to translate the functional and business requirements into software functionality.
Conduct client demos by demonstrating interim and/or final result of work
Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationship management
Implement new features and recommendations with customers and partners, ensuring an optimal use of the software
Provides feedback from a customer to product teams contributing into development of new features and modules
Design and Build and maintain the nest practice template for Environmental and compliance solutions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor of science degree in Biology, Environmental Science, ecology, or other program with an environmental focus
7+ years Specialized depth of expertise working in a client-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experience related to Air Quality, Water management and Waste management systems.
Wide range of experiences and advanced technical acumen serving as an advisor to management
Experience working as a senior member or team lead on large, complex projects
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions
Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships
