POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTExecutive Assistant for the Office of Student Engagement & Mission IntegrationDescription: Carroll College, a Catholic liberal arts college located in Helena, Montana is seeking an Executive Assistant serving the division of Student Engagement and Mission Integration. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day affairs of the division and supporting the leaders within the division. The Executive Assistant organizes the work of the division and provides project management support for critical projects within the division; coordinates policies and processes; manages the budgets for Student Engagement and Mission Integration, including the monitoring of expenses, allocations, transfers, and reports; works with the leadership team in planning and organizing events, meetings, and receptions; and manages several calendars. Additionally, the Executive Assistant offers direct support for the Vice President for Student Engagement and Mission Integration by establishing positive organizational culture and clarity of expectations within the division through emotional intelligence, prudential judgment, discretion, and diplomacy. Specifically, duties in support of the Vice President include managing and prioritizing of time allocation, preparation for meetings and critical decisions, coordination of board-related activities, and other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Student Engagement and Mission Integration. Familiarity with higher education would be helpful but not necessary. Educational/Training Requirements: Associates degree required, bachelors degree strongly preferred, and/or equivalent experience or training.
