Senior Client Partner, Commercial – US

Permanent Position - Remote

We’re continuing to build our team and are currently looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner , with a background in Commercial Research, Consulting and/or data/analytics in Life Sciences to join our North American Client Partner team.

The Commercial Senior Client Partner is accountable for representing Cerner Enviza, an Oracle Company at Life Sciences/Pharma clients throughout North America, across all key Commercial client functions, including but not limited to Insights, Brand and Marketing. Business Analytics, Secondary Data, Competitive Intelligence, and other related commercial functions.

This role is responsible for all aspects of account management for a set number of client accounts and success is measured against the sales and revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as working with key subject matter experts from across the organization to deliver high quality engagements, as outlined by the leader of the team for those accounts .

This position reports to the Executive Client Partner position.

CAPABILITIES

To succeed, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in Business or Life Science’s area is required. Post graduate degrees within these two disciplines is preferred.

  • A high level of experience made up of a combination of healthcare or pharma business knowledge; technical skills involving market research (primary and secondary); commercial consulting; understanding of drug commercialization process; and client relationship building/sales skills to guide the Cerner Enviza an Oracle Company strategy and communicate the value of our offer and its role as a business asset to all levels within the organization and client organizations.

  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships; influence and inspire others; strategic thinking; effective presentation skills and organizational agility.

  • To be able to do overnight travel, both domestic and international travel for client meetings, attendance at conferences, and/or internal meetings.

Responsibilities

KEY OUTCOMES

As Senior Client Partner you will:

  • Set and execute business planning strategy and tactics against client priorities

  • Manage and coordinate business development of Cerner Enviza, an Oracle company at client level

  • Establish and maintain client relationships at all client levels for assigned accounts

  • Make pitch casting decisions, proposal development and final decisions on how best to win the engagement in conjunction with our Research and Consulting leaders

  • Serve as senior sponsor on client engagements to ensure high quality delivery

  • Provide guidance and training to more junior team members when required

  • May lead certain types of engagements

  • Help to select teams and resources to be placed against specific client engagements

  • Work closely with Research & Consulting to determine final pricing to client

  • Positively participate in the global ecosystem and is expected to be a strong team player within a collaborative cultural environment

California Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.

Colorado Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.

New York City Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.

Washington Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
