Carroll College Executive Director of Strategy, Innovation and Effectiveness in Helena, Montana

Description: Carroll College seeks applicants for an Executive Director of Strategy, Innovation and Effectiveness. Reporting to the President, this position focuses on leading the College’s strategic planning efforts including the development of new strategic initiatives, managing the College’s accreditation and serving as the liaison for the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU), and leading ongoing program review efforts in collaboration with faculty, staff, and administration. The Executive Director for Strategy, Innovation and Effectiveness works collaboratively to develop concrete strategies, initiatives, and projects with measurable goals and objectives, and designs a project management structure to monitor, evaluate, and report out to both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will oversee the collection, management and distribution of data, assisting campus wide operations to increase enrollment, graduation and retention rates, operate more efficiently, identify areas of growth and make strategic decisions that impact the sustainability of the college. The Executive Director of Strategy, Innovation & Effectiveness will supervise the Assistant Director of Institutional Research and coordinate with the College’s Executive Leadership Team and other working groups, implementation teams, and focus groups as needed.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategy role. Master’s degree and experience working within Catholic higher education preferred.
