What You Will Do :
An Experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant leads transformation and change projects to meet objectives on time and on budget. This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.
Specific duties will include:
Provide consulting services to clients related to change management and communications in the context of a large-scale organizational transformations and system implementation
Lead the development of content to prepare stakeholders to adopt new processes and systems (e.g. emails, presentations, demos, website content, social media content)
Be detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and multi-task to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests
Balance a variety of assignments and independently manage time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlines
Build client relationships by:
1) exceeding client expectations,
2) anticipate and address client needs by leveraging the firm’s intellectual property and share new material
3) ability to adjust readily to shifting priorities and rapid change in an agile environment
Support project management activities, including managing budgets and schedules
Plan, facilitate and generate summaries for stakeholder interviews and focus groups
Support in the management, coaching, and/or mentoring of less experienced staff
What You Will Need :
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance
Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum years of experience: 7 years
Proven ability to promote a collaborative work environment and demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to develop approaches to solve client problems and lead a team to execute the approach, achieving desired results for the client
Experience with change management for large-scale enterprise IT implementations
Knowledge of Army/DoD culture and procedures
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Master’s Degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Certifications: Prosci, Change Management Advanced Practitioner, LaMarsh, or another accredited change management certification
The annual salary range for this position is $109,400.00-$218,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
