Responsibilities

Member of the Guidehouse Federal Contracts team responsible for critical contract formation and contract administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Guidehouse’s Associate Director, Federal Contracts and the public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP).

  • Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.

  • Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts.

  • Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges.

  • Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance.

  • Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts with external and internal customers.

  • Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines.

  • Maintain contractual documentation for applicable Guidehouse agreements in various internal databases.

Qualifications

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 0-2 years of work experience including internships

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge Preferred:

  • Experience in contract administration;

  • Experience working with Federal Government contracts;

  • Great organization and writing skills; and

  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

Due to our contractual requirements and federal orders, including an Executive Order from the White House and an emergency regulation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the position for which you are applying requires that you provide proof of your vaccination status. Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 based on experience/hiring location​
