As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan. Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
As a Senior Integrated Technologies Owner , you will be accountable for internal and external client and partner relationships. You will manage complex technical client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will define client strategy and technology roadmap. You will direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client implementation project. You will design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans based on contractual commitments. You will act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks.
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
New York City Pay Range: from $82,200 to $144,000 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $73,500 to $136,400 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
