Oracle Federal Team Lead, Consulting Operations - Remote in Helena, Montana
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization's operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.
Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.
Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. BA/BS degree preferred.

As a Senior Team Lead in Consulting Services, you will lead a team(s) responsible for delivering financial, human capital and quality methods and outcomes for professional services business processes. You will plan, delegate and direct the team’s day-to-day work to achieve operational targets or objectives with contribution to the immediate results for the team or department. You will communicate policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within the department. Be able to identify and lead team-level quality and process improvement initiatives. You will deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage associate success. Provide input on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports, as well as, supervise a team of associates.
At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
At least 1 year people management, matrix management, project management or other or indirect leadership work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
