Here at the Department’s Office of Finance and Budget, located in the Director’s Office, we partner with division leadership to provide financial and budgeting support services within the agency. We are a passionate team in a positive office environment, looking for a candidate with the motivation and skills to learn and work with us. This position is responsible for providing budgeting and accounting support to agency leadership, assisting with budget development, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and managing a team of accounting and budgeting staff for assigned divisions. The variety of tasks will keep the work engaging, yet straightforward and manageable. Come and join our team! * *What are we looking for?__ Education and Experience: // · Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; AND · Substantive experience in accounting and fiscal management. OR · Alternate forms of education/experience considered on a case-by-case basis Preference will be given to candidates with specific knowledge of information technology platforms and programs.
