Fiserv Finxact - Senior Product Designer in Helena, Montana
Position Summary
As a Senior Product Designer at Finxact, a Fiserv Company, you will create and maintain a Design System to be leveraged by the user interface development team. You will work closely with the Product, Training, Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to translate business requirements into designs that satisfy stakeholders and follow industry standard best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The type of activities expected to be performed at this level include, but are not limited to:
Translate product requirements into design.
Create and iterate on a design system with a Figma component and style library.
Develop and maintain consistent branding.
Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
Collaborate regularly with product, engineering, training, sales, and marketing.
Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in web design or a related field
3+ years of professional design experience
Portfolio of strong creative work
Banking industry experience
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and SCSS or CSS
Prior Experience with Figma (or similar) desired
Strong UX design skills; usability testing
Proven understanding of web design fundamentals
Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography

Location/Travel
Remote (telecommute) position within the contiguous United States.
Minimal travel (<5%) for occasional team meetings.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary but generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.
