General Laborer
Job Description
Join our team as a General Laborer, where you'll be responsible for setting up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs. You will also pour concrete into forms and perform visual inspections of the product before and after the curing process. Your role includes using various types of hand, power, and pneumatic tools, as well as loading and unloading products to different stations around the production yard. This role requires heavy lifting of products up to 70 lbs as needed.
Hard Skills
1 year of construction or concrete experience
Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools
Experience in setting up concrete forms and rebar
Soft Skills
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Attention to detail for visual inspection tasks

This is a Contract-to-Hire position
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Helena, Montana.
Work Environment
All work is performed outdoors, rain or shine, across all seasons. Candidates must dress appropriately for varying weather conditions.
