Chemours Advanced Performance Materials (APM) business is seeking a product Global Marketing Manager, Hydrogen and Energy Storage to join our strategic marketing team! This position will report to the Sr. Global Marketing Director in a remote capacity or with the option to work in our Wilmington, DE office.
Identifies and interprets marketplace information and participates in creating actionable steps that create competitive advantage to the business. Monitors and evaluates the success of the company's marketing programs and segmentation strategies through analysis of customer and sales data; reports on patterns and trends. May contribute to the development or revision of marketing strategies.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and continuously evolve the global marketing plan to accelerate the shift to a more high-performance advanced materials offering focusing on strategic segments/applications that provide the business to capture value and is aligned with global macro trends and ensure the external market view is an input
Identify and monitor key players in the segment, application, including a clear delineation and understanding of the decision makers and key influencers in the supply and value chain for the market, segments, applications
Tension and validate market assumptions and validate identified market unmet needs and gaps, value proposition, and product performance requirements using structured voice-of-customer process to bring the entire and diverse voice of the supply and value chain into the validation.
Work with sales account managers and growth business leaders (GBLs) and other resources with key / needed customer or supply / value chain touchpoints (e.g., Tech Service, SMEs) or external third-party sources to get access to multiple key players in the supply / value chain and to identify potential markets / segments / applications.
Develop and execute marketing plans outlining revenue growth initiatives identified in market plans. Develop product / technology roadmap, when needed, to address identified and defined segment / application needs and gaps with timing driven by market dynamics and closely collaborating with Technology and other key stakeholders.
Support Global Product Management with specific marketing assessments, campaigns, and value-based pricing.
Build the business justification for deployment of resources to market-back new product development programs, if needed.
Ensure the successful commercialization of market-driven products/technology(s) partnering with the NPD delivery manager as a key resource in NPD commercialization.
Develop and drive marketing initiatives (e.g., marketing campaigns) and product positioning and launches that deliver measurable financial results (revenue).
Develop value-based pricing to ensure the business captures the value created from high-value markets, new product development and application development programs.
Complete value-based pricing model and action value-based pricing for existing products / applications work with sales to confirm assumptions value capture for identified markets, segments, and applications.
Work closely with corporate global marketing communication team in the creation/development/delivering of needed marketing communications programs / plans in support of identified key hydrogen and energy storage segments and applications.
To be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
Bachelor’s Degree
5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated time/project management and priority management skills

Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity
Self-motivated results oriented individual

$105,280.00 - $164,500.00
