A part of Salesforce Professional Services, the Digital Strategy & Design (DSD) team works with Salesforce's most strategic customers when they are ready to reimagine their business. Our team combines a human-centered, design-led approach with Salesforce's world-class technology to help our customers move from vision to value. This role sits within DSD's Global Strategy, Finance, and Operations organization... It's the Strategy, Finance, and Operations team's job to set the foundation for the organization and provide strategic insight, direction, and execution. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for helping execute our FY23 plan, which will include DSD global internal/external marketing, communications, and program management initiatives.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Work directly with key executives within DSD to draft communications for internal consumption

  • Work with cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, strategists, and technologists to capture concepts, insights, and learnings through design.

  • Shape compelling visual outputs that drive understanding of the DSD team's tools, methods, capabilities, scope, and impact

  • Design and produce materials that synthesize engagement outputs into compelling narratives, frameworks, and concepts.

  • Work with Senior Leadership and the CSG Marketing team to help create and implement the DSD internal and external marketing plan, including customer stories, Dreamforce planning, articles, blog posts, podcasts, etc.

  • Assist in end-to-end writing and delivery (including assets, landing page, ads, blogs, social, email copy).

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience crafting written executive-level communications

  • 2 years of experience in creating and delivering visual executive-level presentations (google slides, marketing cloud, etc.)

  • 2 years of experience building and producing digital content programs

  • Graphic design, Interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking, or related design experience are plus.

  • Comfortable with design thinking and user-centered practices

  • Close attention to detail and consistency

  • Enjoys learning and sharing

  • Travel as needed

This job is remote-AMER with office locations on-site in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago, though we are open to discussing other office location options. Successfully engaging with our customers requires both a willingness to travel when needed and an understanding of the value of working on site.
